Sunday at BRIX is the full works. Free-range meat and dry-aged beef cooked over live fire, honey-roast pork belly with proper crackling, and a Yorkshire pudding the size of your hand — all the trimmings piled high and included, no sides to add on.
Bring the whole table, start with a few small plates from the fire, and settle in for the afternoon while a live set plays from 2pm. This is Sunday done the way it should be.
